Shipping Policy

This policy applies to purchases from saje in Canada and to the Saje Natural Wellness products offered on this store.

Canada shipping

We ship within Canada. Standard Shipping is free. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping normally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and Canadian statutory holidays are not business days.

Tracking

After an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Address corrections

Check the shipping address before completing checkout. If an address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has shipped.

Delays, loss, damage, and delivery errors

Delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees. Carrier, weather, customs, remote-area, or other operational delays may occur. If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, a parcel arrives damaged, or delivery is made to the wrong location, contact us with the order and tracking details so we can investigate and explain the available resolution.
